the Albert Unveils Special Pre-Fixe Valentine's Day Dinner Menu
One of Streeterville's top dining destinations, the Albert, 228 E Ontario St, has unveiled their special 4-Course Chef's Tasting Menu for Valentine's Day. Curated by Executive Chef Larry Feldmeier, formerly of Sixteen, the menu is available for $65 a person with the option of a $45 wine pairing. To kick off the menu, guests can indulge in East Coast Oysters served with a classic mignonette sauce with yuzo kosho, an acidic and spicy, all purpose condiment. Course One options include the Onion Tartine with lavender goat's milk ricotta, and housemade Grano Arso Agnolotti finished with yellow tomatoes. Mains include Poached Diver Scallops complete with lemongrass broth, as well as decadent Braised Short Rib with pistachio and cauliflower. Patrons seeking something sweet and chocolatey can enjoy the Love is a Drug chocolate mousse dessert garnished with raspberry.
