After spending two weeks going back and forth between Comcast and Go Daddy, I did what I should have done in the first place...call Solutions Networking. They made the calls, pinpointed the problem, found the solution, and got our FTP site working again. The problem was Go Daddy's servers, but it took SNC's involvement to finally reach a resolution. This was just another example of SNC thinking outside the box, and a willingness to help even though this problem had nothing to do with our computers. Wow! Why can't all the companies we work with have this kind of service attitude!?
