The 35th Annual Old House New House Home Show Returns to Pheasant Run

St. Charles - The Old House New House Home Show begins today at Pheasant Run Resort. Visitors can view 300 exciting exhibits displaying everything from window treatments to custom woodworking. 

Since 1984, the home show has celebrated renovation, remodeling and design. It is the largest, longest-running home show in Chicagoland. 

The event is open to the public and will go from 10am-5pm this Friday, February 8, through Sunday, February 10. Parking is Free. 

Admission is $7 for adults, $4 for seniors, 62 and older and free for children under 18. Take the event's survey to receive a $1 off coupon.

According the event's website at, exhibits feature the latest in: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, landscaping, storage solutions, sustainable design, home theaters, granite and marble, architecture, interior design, custom woodworking, window treatments, space planning, painting, decorating, cooking demonstrations, tools, custom cabinetry, ponds and water features, hardscape, decks, spas, sunrooms, gazebos, gadgets, home furnishings, insulation, security systems, heating and air conditioning, tankless water heaters, geo-thermal HVAC, concrete, roofing, waterproofing, windows, doors and floors. 

Daily design workshops are also included with admission; seating is limited. A portion of the ticket proceeds benefits The Habitat for Humanity of Northern Fox Valley and the ReStore Elgin.
