Forest Preserve District Offers Woodland Painting Class on December 12

Geneva, IL - Unleash your inner artist and create beautiful nature art this Wednesday, December 12 from 7-9pm. The Forest Preserve District of Kane County will host a woodland painting class at the Barbara Belding Lodge located within Brewster Creek Forest Preserve, 6N921 Rte. 25, St. Charles.

Instructor Juliya Jensen from JJ’s Crafty Creations will guide participants, step-by-step, in painting a nature-themed work of art. No painting or art background is needed for the class. Simply paint for fun and go home with a creation that depicts the Illinois woodlands. 

The class is for ages 16 and up. Registration is $35 per person and advance registration is required. Call 630-444-3190 or email programs@kaneforest.com
