Talented musicians from Geneva High School will entertain guests at the Geneva Academic Foundation’s  “2018 Grand Gala” to be held on October 20th at Dunham Woods Riding Club in Wayne.

Grand Gala Committee Chair Maureen Fisk says that “we are thrilled that the entertainment during the cocktail reception and dinner will be provided by GHS Varsity Choir members Megan Styrna, Drew Haskins and Benjamin Glyzewski and Treble Choir member Tate Fisk, accompanied by GHS student Luke Vrba who has played piano since age 3.”

Following their performance, Gregory Hyde, a favorite artist in Chicagoland will take the stage, providing music for the silent auction, wine pull and dancing.

The Geneva Academic Foundation is a not-for-profit group of community volunteers that raises funds for scholarships for Geneva students and grants to teachers for innovative classroom projects.

2018 GAF Grand Gala sponsors include KCT Credit Union, Stith Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Waubonsee Community College and The Shodeen Family Foundation along with many generous supporters and business owners in Geneva and surrounding communities.

Tickets are available for $125 and can be purchased at www.gafgala2018.eventbrite.com or by email at www.gafgeneva.org
