CodeCraze opens in Batavia

The Batavia Chamber of Commerce participated in the Grand Opening Celebration at CodeCraze, LLC on Saturday April 21, 2018 at 12pm.

The Chamber was welcomed by Manager's Brooke Luetgert, Jennifer Luetgert and Web Design Coordinator Laura Severson. Mayor Jeffery Schielke, Chamber employees Holly Deitchman, Margaret Perreault and Catherine Fitch, several Chamber Ambassadors, Jamie Saam from Batavia Main Street and a wonderful group of community members were also in attendance!

CodeCraze, LLC, is a brand new coding and robotics school in Batavia. They offer camps, courses and regular competitions led by expert developers.

Their specially designed curriculum caters to students grades 3 and above. In a small, cooperative group setting, they guide students in gentle progression from beginner to advanced coding through the creation of games and construction of robots. They educate them in industry standard, open-source software, so that they can continue to develop and play with it at home. Together they dream it, build it and share it!
