Easter Brunch is served with a dash of fun during Pheasant Run’s Easter Sunday celebration
ST. CHARLES, Ill. –The Easter holiday is a family affair at
Pheasant Run Resort and on Sunday, April 1 guests can enjoy a festive line-up
of family activities as well as an Easter Brunch complete with a visit from the
Easter Bunny. Guests can enjoy two Easter Egg Hunts, a petting zoo, arts
and crafts, and an Egg-stra special Easter Brunch served 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
The spectacular Pheasant Run Easter Day Brunch served in the grand St. Charles Ballroom features a mouthwatering array of brunch favorites including made-to-order omelets, Corn Flakes-crusted French Toast and Waffles with strawberries and Chantilly cream, and freshly-baked pastries. Fresh salads, a seafood display and a pasta station complement Executive Chef Tiffany Tooker’s carving stations featuring peppercorn crusted top sirloin with rosemary infused au jus; maple glazed bone-in ham with Dijon honey mustard and leg of lamb with a mint demi-glace.
Additional entrée selections include apple & thyme pork medallions, chicken madeira, and citrus crusted salmon. A special “Kids Corner” is also available, serving favorites such as creamy macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets, tater tots and corn nibbles, and the dessert array will please any sweet tooth in the group.
From 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Easter Sunday, children can participate in cookie decorating and crafts in the Garden Atrium or visit the petting zoo outside the St. Charles Ballroom. Beside Gallery Hall at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., two Easter Egg Hunts have kids scrambling for candy and prizes.
