AURORA, IL, February 27, 2018 – American Idol winner Scotty McCreery is one of country music’s hottest rising stars with nearly three million albums sold, millions of fans around the globe, and his first number one single on the country charts, “Five More Minutes.”

McCreery will bring his dazzling deep bass to the Paramount Theatre, 23 E. Galena Blvd. in downtown Aurora, for one-show-only, Sunday, March 25 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $40, $45 and $50. To purchase, visit ParamountAurora.com, call the box office at (630) 896-6666, or stop by the Paramount Theatre box office, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

After winning American Idol in 2011, McCreery debuted his first album at No. 1 on the all-genre Billboard Top 200 Albums chart, making history as the youngest male artist of any genre and the first country artist to accomplish that feat. The ACM, BMI and CMT Award winner has quickly charted a collection of Top Ten hits and Platinum and Gold singles including “See You Tonight,” “Feelin’ It,” “I Love You This Big” and “The Trouble with Girls.”

McCreery arrives in Aurora in the midst of another big year for the multi-platinum winning country artist. On February 26, his single “Five More Minutes” from his new album “Seasons Change” hit #1 on the country music charts, his first number one single. McCreery co-wrote all 11 songs on “Seasons Change” including the singles “In Between” and “Wherever You Are,” inspired by his grade school sweetheart and now fiancé, Gabi Dugal, who he will marry later this year. “Seasons Change” drops March 16, just days before his Paramount performance.
