The Elgin Symphony
The Elgin Symphony Orchestra (ESO) features spectacular music performed by some of the best musicians in the region. ESO tickets start at just $30, and there’s accessible, free parking around the Hemmens Cultural Center and valet service available. Area musicians often perform in the lobby before concerts and patrons can purchase gifts at the Elgin Symphony League Boutique, and enjoy a drink before the show. Arcada Theatre, St. Charles
Built in 1926, the Arcada Theatre has been brought back to its original state of elegance in recent years, complete with the original pipe organ that rises from beneath the stage floor. Some of today’s most iconic stars – including Mickey Rooney, Jerry Lewis and Martin Short – perform before the venue’s nine hundred enthusiastic audience members. Kiss The Sky, Batavia
Kiss The Sky has always promoted local music and stages live shows on a regular basis on a performance stage at the back of the store. Located at 180 1st St. in Batavia, Kiss The Sky’s current location is in an old limestone factory building that the store shares with Water Street Studios.
