The best summer fun is dancing in the park! St. Charles Park District’s Concerts in the Park series is in full swing in St. Charles' historic downtown. Families and friends are welcome to enjoy the great outdoors and some fabulous music! Recycle the Day’s music on July 13 will definitely make you want to put on your dancing shoes. The concert begins at 7pm at the Lincoln Park Gazebo, located along Main Street between 4th and 5th Streets.
Concerts are free thanks to generous support of numerous local businesses including WBK Engineering, AHC Advisors, Inc., Marshall Architects, Inc., Festival of the Fox, Banner Up Signs; Culver’s St. Charles; Minuteman Press; and the Kane County Chronicle.
Bring your family and friends for a picnic in the park! Settle in before the concert and enjoy picnic-style offerings at reasonable rates from downtown St. Charles restaurants and local vendors including Kimmer’s Ice Cream and Bernie’s Bully Dogs. Alcohol is not permitted at Lincoln Park. Guests are encouraged to get to the park early for better seating. Lincoln Park is a smoke free park. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, too.
Upcoming concerts include: Brass from the Past on July 20, 7th Heaven on July 27, Tropixplosion on August 3, One Night Band on August 10, and Howard & the White Boys on August 17.
In the event of rain, the concert will be canceled. Musicians are subject to change without notice.
