The Salt Escape joins Batavia Chamber of Commerce

Batavia Chamber of Commerce staff and Ambassadors and 30 members of the business community, joined by Mayor Jeff Schielke to welcome The Salt Escape to Batavia with a ribbon cutting ceremony at their new location at 9 N. River Street.
Owner Tim Bradley cut the ribbon to officially open his new business offering halotherapy, also known as salt therapy as a natural and holistic way to restore the body.
Salt therapy has been used to treat upper and lower respiratory conditions such as cold and flu, allergy, asthma, bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, sinus infection, sinusitis, rhinitis, hay fever and emphysema. In addition, the anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of salt have been shown to effectively treat conditions of the skin such as eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis.
The Salt Escape is open 7 days per week from 3:00-8:00 p.m.on Monday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
