The Geneva Park District is pleased to announce that reservations are now being accepted for garden plots at the Community Gardens at Prairie Green.  Located at the intersection of Peck Road and Bricher Road in Geneva, the Community Garden is open between April and October from dawn until dusk, and features 129 garden plots (including 5 raised beds).  The plots are available for rent on an annual first-come, first-served basis, with returning gardeners receiving priority.  The cost per plot is $45 for Geneva Park District Residents and $60 for Non-Residents.

The Community Gardens at Prairie Green offers residents and non-resident the opportunity to produce fruits, vegetables, and flowers; spend time outdoors enjoying nature; and share gardening knowledge and skills with others.  Excess produce is donated to the Northern Illinois Food Bank.

The Community Gardens at Prairie Green is a cooperative partnership between the Geneva Park District, City of Geneva, and Forest Preserve District of Kane County.
