Over the last eight years, businesses and residents have donated generously to help local families with their utility bills. American Powder Coatings, Inc. (APC), a family owned and operated manufacturer of high quality powder coatings for thousands of metal products found in everyday life donated $2,000 to the City’s Neighbors in Need utility bill assistance program. Dave Suvagia, President of APC, presented Mayor Rogina with the donation. The City works with the Salvation Army and St. Vincent DePaul to administer the program and all donations go directly to helping St. Charles residents—none of the funds are used for administrative costs. 630-377-4426, utilitybilling@stcharlesil.gov. americanpowder.com.
