Beautification Committee announces Tour des Fleurs winners

The winning garden was “It’s Miscella” by Miscella Real Estate. The garden located at the corner of S. Third and James Streets by the post office features Miss Ella, a decorated pine tree standing on the corner surrounded by colorful flowers at her feet.

The second place winner is “Le Potager” (French for ‘the vegetable garden’) created by Geneva Garden Club on the SE corner of W. State and Third Streets. The third place winning garden is “Karen Maladra, Esther Steel & Vivian Wissing” created by the ladies of the same names and is located on the library corner of S. Second and James Streets.
