The Fox Valley Laughter Yoga Circle practices laughter on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month. The Laughter sessions are facilitated by Terri Reasoner, Ph.D., a certified Laughter Yoga Teacher. Laughter Yoga exercises encourage hearty laughter, deep breathing, and gentle stretching. Some benefits participants have expressed after attending a session include: reduced stress and tension, improved outlook and disposition on life, strengthened social bonds and relationships while improving communication.
